Advocacy

The second objective of the LA Chapter is local legislative advocacy. There are two common approaches to legislative advocacy: blast email/fax/phone calls and in person visits to congressional offices. While the blast approach is popular among large organizations with remote central headquarters, local chapters are perfectly suited to implement face-to-face advocacy.
